We represent Owners of companies to oversee the entire real estate, design and construction process. We work with Brokers to perform due diligence to ensure the tenant is leasing the right site, which also expedites the design and construction schedule. We work with our Clients to control budgets, by working directly with manufacturers to ensure lowest pricing available. We help our Clients develop a program to create standards to ensure branding standards are followed nationally. We oversee construction to make sure that a space is built right the 1st time, and get our Clients into the space ASAP!
