With nearly 30 years of experience in construction management, PIC Consulting has hands-on construction and management experience with expertise in all facets of the construction and real estate industry.  We have developed partnerships and built positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining costs and budgets.  We are experienced in creating and implementing standards and procedures for program roll out.  We are versed in contract negotiations project estimating, impending design problems, document preparation, building codes and regulations, material purchasing, and overall site management through certificate of occupancy and project turnover.
